No, we are a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted in any guest room, private deck, patio, or public space. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest found smoking on the property.

Yes! We provide free parking for all guests.

Yes! We welcome dogs in our Midnight Marina Rooms for a $45 per dog, per night fee (max 2 dogs. This fee is

non-refundable and will be added upon check-in.

As part of our commitment to providing the highest level of service:

• Pet-friendly rooms are limited and subject to availability.

• Dogs cannot be left unattended in rooms.

• Quiet hours (10 PM – 7 AM) must be observed to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.

• Any aggressive behavior will result in immediate removal from the property.

• A $300 fee will be charged for an unregistered pet occupying a guest room.
