Important: If you select “Yes,” please note:

• We charge a $35 pet fee per pet

• There is a $250 fine for bringing a pet without disclosing it

• If we already have your card on file we will charge the card on file for the pet fee

Check-In & Room Policies

Guests must be 21 years of age or older and present at check-in to reserve a room. A valid government-issued photo ID is required to verify identity at check-in. Room rates are subject to change and may vary based on availability and seasonality. All reservations are subject to applicable taxes, including a 1.5% Oregon State Transient Lodging Tax and a 10% Lane County Transient Lodging Tax.

Incidental Deposit

An incidental deposit will be placed on your card at check-in: $100 for Midnight Marina Rooms and $250 for all other rooms. This is a temporary authorization hold and will be released after checkout, provided there is no damage to the property and no items are missing. In the event of damage, theft, or policy violations, we reserve the right to charge up to the full amount of the deposit.

Smoking Policy

We are a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking—including electronic cigarettes, vapes, and hookahs—is not permitted in any guest room, private deck, patio, or shared public area. A $350 cleaning fee will be charged for any smoking in the rooms or strong, lingering smoke scents.

Guest Responsibility & Safety Waiver

While staying at The Florentine Waterfront Hotel, you agree that you are fully responsible for your own safety and the safety of anyone in your party, including children. Use of all amenities—including but not limited to fire pits, corn hole, bocce ball, and kayak rentals—is at your own risk. Please exercise caution and supervise minors at all times. By signing below, you voluntarily assume all risks related to your stay and agree to waive and release The Florentine Waterfront Hotel, its owners, and staff from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage that may occur while on the property or while using any provided amenities.

Parking Policy

Complimentary parking is provided on the property. However, guests park at their own risk. The hotel is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss involving your vehicle or personal property. If you need to leave your vehicle on the property after checkout, please notify us. Space is limited, but we will do our best to accommodate you.

Firearms Policy

Guests who are legally permitted to carry firearms may bring them onto the property under the following conditions: Firearms must be for storage purposes only, Firearms must remain unloaded at all times, Firearms must be stored in a locked, hard-sided container provided by the guest, and Firearms must remain locked inside the guest room or personal vehicle at all times, except when being transported to or from the guest room.

Guests who do not comply with this policy may be asked to leave the premises without refund. This policy applies to all firearms and all guests or visitors, even those with a valid carry license. Exemptions are granted only for on-duty law enforcement and active-duty military personnel as required by their role.

Guest Safety Policy

To protect your privacy and security, we do not disclose guest identities, room numbers, or presence to anyone other than law enforcement when legally required. This includes messages, deliveries, and phone calls. Guests are responsible for informing others of their room number if desired. Security cameras are in use throughout the property. The hotel is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur while using any facilities, including the garden, lake, fire pits, swings, or kayaks where available. Use of such amenities is at your own risk.

Dispute Resolution & Guest Acknowledgment Policy

By signing below, you acknowledge that you have checked into The Florentine Waterfront Hotel and are physically present on the property. If any issues arise during your stay, please inform us immediately so we can resolve them promptly and professionally while you are still checked in. If a dispute arises after your stay, we reserve the right to refer to internal records, communications, and the signed check-in documentation to confirm that your stay and services were completed. All guests agree to bring any disputes, concerns, or claims directly to our team in writing before using third-party or public review platforms. Our aim is always to find a respectful and fair resolution.
