The Florentine Waterfront Hotel
We understand that plans can change, and we’ve done our best to create a cancellation policy that’s fair to both our guests and our small, independently run hotel.
Cancellations
If you booked your stay before July 10, 2025
Cancel at least 7 days before arrival – You’ll receive a full refund.
Cancel within 7 days of arrival – Your reservation will be charged in full.
If you booked your stay on or after July 10, 2025
Cancel at least 14 days before arrival – You’ll receive a full refund.
Cancel within 14 days of arrival – Your reservation will be charged in full.
Date Changes
We’re happy to help you move your reservation, pending availability. Date changes must be requested
at least 3 days prior to check-in.After that window, the cancellation policy applies.
No-Shows
No-shows will be charged the full booking amount and are not eligible for a refund.
Early Departures
If you choose to check out early, the remaining nights are non-refundable.
Weather & Emergencies
While we can’t offer refunds for weather-related changes or travel delays, we’ll always do our best to work with you—especially in the event of emergencies. Please reach out, and we’ll handle it with care and understanding.
